John Wehlage has been a fashion photographer for many years. His clients have included Saks, Inc., Tommy Hilfiger, Younkers, Carson Pirie Scott, Dillards, Von Maur, Lands End, to name a few. His work has appeared in publications such as Mademoiselle, Vogue, Seventeen, Brides, Italian Brides, YM, WWD Chicago. He has been written up in national publications such as Studio Photography.

He was a U.S. senior photographer with Woburn International and has been a name photographer in the retail industry ever since. He was one of the original lifestyle photographers for retail and it has proven effective in accelerated sales for clients.

He moved to Dallas after having been in the Chicago market for a number of years. He settled on the Dallas area for its locations and climate. Not looking for the mundane he discovered that Dallas has many original locations within a days journey.

He had done most of his own creative direction. The projects he has photographed have increased sales up to 20%. These increases are documented in the sales for Younkers years 1987-2003. Even in years where other retailers were experiencing a slump-Younkers held its own and even had an increase in sales while he was was their contracted photographer.

Julie Wehlage is the head of production. With many years of retail and catalogue photography production experience she has developed a system of producing projects that has become an industry standard.
